All EASYGRO products are warranted against any defect in specified material and workmanship under specified normal service conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the original retail customer. Within the warranty period, EASYGRO shall, at its sole discretion, repair or agree to replace any part that has been found to have failed during normal use and, which upon inspection, has been found to be defective either in material or workmanship. Such repairs / replacements shall be made at no charge to the customer and EASYGRO will arrange for the requested return of any defective parts free of cost. Ergoform will also arrange delivery on the repaired or replacement part free of cost.
This warranty is not applicable to (1) damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, improper assembly or installation, negligence in use, or acts of nature or other external causes; (2) parts considered to be consumable items; (3) normal wear & tear; (4) products purchased for commercial or industrial use; (5) consumable parts, such as nutrients, grow media, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship of the Easygro product itself;
